The book is illustrated throughout with his own black and white photographs and maps. NOTE this is the ORIGINAL 1979 numbered and signed edition; in 1993 this title was reissued in Dubai in 250 copies again signed by the author. This is the ULTRA scarce true, first limited edition, signed by Wilfred Thesiger in a form hand with an ink pen. SUBURB condition, fine both book and slipcase.
