First edition, first issue with half-title and copyright notice. Light green cloth elaborately illustrated in dark green. Bookplate of John C. Eckel on the front pastedown, corners a bit bumped, edges of the pages a little toned else near fine. Tipped onto the front fly is a two page Autograph Letter Signed by Hewlett and dated in 1920 to Ernest Maggs of the rare bookselling firm of Maggs Brothers, discussing the sale of Hewlett's books to the firm. Folding to fit into the book, near fine, with the accompanying envelope also tipped-in.

Shipping terms
Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Our $10 rate is for UPS or Priority Mail. Our $5.50 rate is media mail which can take a week or two, or a month or two (rarely, but has happened). We email tracking information for all domestic shipments. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG.
