SIGNED & INSCRIBED by RAMSAY on the title page. FAIR condition, there is water damage to the upper portion of the front of the dustjacket and the front cover, and waviness (but no staining) to the front dj flap and the first 50 or so pages, heaviest on the first pages and less with each subsequent page until it stops; despite the flaws the dj and covers are doing their job, and the inner pages are bright and clean. A perfectly usable cookbook. Of course what makes this a special copy is the inscription and signature by Gordon Ramsay. Seller Inventory # 004073
