Another collection of verse from Hawaii's favorite poet, in 159 pages with pen-and-ink drawings by the author throughout, along with a drawing & facsimile signature & inscription on very last page. This copy is also SIGNED by the Author with his usual "Aloha" & small drawing on ffep in blue pen. A FIRST EDITION, first printing from 1950, this hardcover has orange cloth-covered boards stamped with a gilt design to front & lettering to spine. Condition is VG+: completely clean, binding strong & straight, pages modestly tanned but completely unmarked. Small pen marks to front board & slightly bumped corners. SLIGHT MUSTINESS. This copy has its original DJ, which is in Good+ condition: bright with a hint of light soil & slight fading to spine, minor chipping at all corners & spine tips; nicely protected in new clear mylar cover Free!
