8vo volume with embossed greek vase designs on boards. Boards and hinges tight but spine chipped and missing a section. Pages quite clean with a little foxing and stain to front and rear endpapers. This is signed by the author to Lorenzo Delmonico the owner of the famous Delmonico's restaurant in New York City. Lorenzo was originally in charge of the wine lists. 327 pages There is a original info sheet for the book pasted in the rear. Seller Inventory # 952
