First printing, as noted by a letter pasted onto the first page from Doubleday publishing to Walter Burton, the owner of the book, explaining a word change on page 35. Other clips pasted inside are about the protests by some farmers of being sterotyped in Markham's poem, and a question on whether he's plagiarized the poem from another writer.
