Burnquist" (Joseph Alfred Arner Burnquist, 1879 - 1961), 19th governor of the state of Minnesota. WWI matters were primary during his tenure, but Burnquist initiated legislation that improved the state highways, disaster assistance programs, and, and the welfare of children.
