1965 FIRST EDITION. DEDICATION AND SIGNED BY AUTHOR ON FRONT ENDPAPER WITH TWO LINES OF SHAKESPEARE'S THIRD SONNET. 186 Pages. Black hard covers are clean apart from two very small spots on front. Book is tight. Pages are bright, clean and unmarked. No inscriptions (apart from authors). Vivien Winch (1912 -1975) married Charles Patrick Ranke Graves a British journalist, travel writer and novelist on 22 September 1966. It was her third marriage. He came from a large and creative literary family. Among his nine siblings were the writers Robert Graves and Philip Graves.
