A near fine first edition hardcover in a very good dust jacket, no remainder marks, good straight tight bindings. Wear and tear to dust jacket noted.A very nice copy, no previous editions or dates noted, assumed first edition. Appears to be presentation copy from A.K. Reynolds to John Gray Aldous. Aldous was chief at Dalhousie university in 1950 Reynolds intials and a Aldous book plate dated 1957 the year the book was published.
