SIGNED. 305pp. Quarto [28.5 cm] Blue hardcover with gilt stamped titles on the spine and front cover. Richly illustrated. Very good. The head of the spine is bumped, there is a very thin white stain on the fore edge of the front cover, and there is a small indentation in the top edge of the rear cover. The front free endsheet has a gift inscription. Signed, "Thanks for your support, Marlene Bates," on the front free endsheet. A history focusing on places in the North Snake Valley, such as Ibapah, Crystal Ball Cave, Gandy, Pleasant Valley, Callao, Trout Creek, Silver Creek, and Partoun- the first Aaronic Order community. With numerous regional biographies, including Elijah Nicholas Wilson ("Uncle Nick Among the Shoshones"), William George Meecham, Chester Foote, John J.
