Flat signed by the author without dedication to the front endpaper. Book is sharp cornered with clean boards and pristine text block. White titles to the spine. Stitched/sewn binding. Frontispiece of the Forest of Wensleydale. Attractive black and white sketches illustrate the text. History of Wensleydale and its abbey. Cover artwork and in the text by Fred Lawson.
