Octavo (24cm); jade green paper-covered boards and grayish-brown cloth backstrip, blocked and titled in black and gilt on spine, with decorative elements stamped in gilt on front cover; publisher's original paper-covered slipcase; [xii],[2],3-63,[5]pp. Fine in a Very Good+ slipcase sound, but showing modest wear, some light toning, and finger-soil to extremities; lacking the original publisher's glassine overlay.
