The autobiography of the England amateur cricket captain, Bob Wyatt, who had a lengthy county career with initially Warwickshire and then, after the second world war, with Worcestershire. He also went on numerous tours (from Burma to Egypt) and, at the time of his death, was the longest-lived Test cricketer. Flat SIGNED by author on half-title page. This autobiography was written towards the end of his playing days. Book in fair condition: Some wear to the covers, especially evident on the spine; a previous owner's signature and address on front free end paper; a few marks internally; some mild marks on outside edges of text block. Jacket worn and torn, creased and marked, but not price-clipped!
