Faint label residue on spine; no other exterior library markings. Edges worn, with a bit of fraying to spine ends and corners. Label and stamp on rear endpapers and stamp on title page. Hinges slightly shaken but secure for normal handling. Text clean. Drawings by Charles Hargens.

Priority shipping is $15.00 for delivery by either UPS or Priority Mail. Delivery is within 2-6 business days and includes tracking and insurance. Economy shipping is $7.00 for delivery bu US Media Mail with delivery confirmation.
