Boards lightly smudged w/ light edge wear, binding lightly skewed but corners squarers, tp-fr corner slightly bumped/worn, gift inscrip on fep dated Mar 3, 1947 (For "Tex" Audregg by Author), feps glue stained along hinge, fep holding city directory loosened, RMN insert worn and darkened w/ small tears/chipping, sm tear of fldg map tipped-in at rear, otherwise text block shows it has been read but is bright, clean and unmarked throughout on lightly toned pages w/ deckled ends.
