Synopsis
This book addresses the key qualities, characteristics and behaviors necessary for leaders to truly help others to succeed. Multiple points of view are presented and each chapter is written by a different author. Many leaders today are focused primarily on getting the job done and providing their strategic vision to ensure organizational success. Because of this intense business results and mission focus, it's easy, at times, for the human side of the equation to be overlooked. Understanding the interaction patterns created with others is key to being able to make a difference as a leader. This book explores those relationships and how they can be maximized for ongoing personal development, leadership effectiveness, organizational benefits and positive business impact.
