Sixth edition. In German. Signed, inscribed and dated by the author, Ernst von Wildenbruch, on the blank verso of the illustrated first front end paper. Once listed, this will be the Only signed copy of this book for sale anywhere on the Internet. As I don't read German, take a look at the photo to read the inscription. Atop the half-title page there is a very lightly penciled name (I think its a name), looks like Y Freudenberg (?), and then 'Berlin'. There are no other names, no other writing to be found, anywhere in the book. Nor are there any markings or attachments. The pages are in very good condition, not creased, no dogeared corners. They are very clean. I saw two tiny spots. The book is very solidly bound, that includes the covers and all the pages. Everything is nicely tight. There is a loose ribbon between two pages. It has left a ribbon-shaped shadow on the white margins of both of these pages. The only imperfections within the book are fairly minor, a tiny bit of the illustrated paper is scraped off at the top edges of both the inside front cover and first front end paper. Also on the first front end paper there is a mild discoloration/darkening near the top edge (1 3/4 inches across by 3/8ths of an inch down). Turning to the covers, they are blue and gilt. Some time and artistry went into the creation of the front cover. It is rather beautiful and quite well preserved, as you can see. The spine also displays a gilt lettering. The third photo will show you that there is a small tear off the top edge of the spine. A bit of the cloth appears to have been lost. There's also a scratch over the 'e' in Meister. The corners have only light rubbing. The front bottom corner has a tiny spot of rub-through. The covers edges are in very good condition, without any issues. All three page edges are gilt. The book is relatively light in weight and thus the overseas shipping cost (I charge what I pay) will be around $28.00 $30.00 rather than the quoted price. Einmal aufgeführt, wird dies die einzige signierte Kopie dieses Buches zum Verkauf im Internet sein. Da ich kein Deutsch lese, schau dir das Foto an, um die Inschrift zu lesen. Auf der halben Titelseite gibt es einen sehr leicht gezeichneten Namen (ich denke, es ist ein Name), sieht aus wie Y Freudenberg (?), Und dann 'Berlin'. Es gibt keine anderen Namen, keine anderen zu finden, irgendwo im Buch. Es gibt auch keine Markierungen oder Anhänge. Die Seiten sind in einem sehr guten Zustand, nicht geknickt, keine abgerundeten Ecken. Sie sind sehr sauber. Ich sah zwei winzige Flecken. Das Buch ist sehr solide gebunden, das umfasst die Cover und alle Seiten. Alles ist schön eng. Zwischen zwei Seiten befindet sich ein loses Band. Es hat einen bandförmigen Schatten auf den weißen Rändern dieser beiden Seiten hinterlassen. Die einzigen Unvollkommenheiten innerhalb des Buches sind ziemlich gering, ein kleines Stück des illustrierten Papiers wird an den oberen Kanten sowohl der inneren vorderen Abdeckung als auch des ersten vorderen Papiers abgekratzt. Auch auf dem ersten Vorderseitenpapier gibt es eine leichte Verfärbung / Verdunkelung nahe der oberen Kante (1 3/4 Zoll über 3 1/8 Zoll nach unten). Sie wenden sich den Bezügen zu und sind blau und vergoldet. Etwas Zeit und Artistik gingen in die Schaffung der Titelseite ein. Es ist ziemlich schön und ziemlich gut erhalten, wie Sie sehen können. Die Wirbelsäule zeigt auch eine vergoldete Beschriftung. Das dritte Foto zeigt Ihnen, dass am oberen Rand der Wirbelsäule ein kleiner Riss ist. Ein Stück des Stoffes scheint verloren zu sein. Es gibt auch einen Kratzer über dem "e" in Meister. Die Ecken haben nur leichtes Reiben.Entschuldigung, das ist alles, was mir zur Verfügung steht.
