Hardcover; no dustjacket. SD. NAP. Signed, inscribed to the author's son & dated Mar 17, 1933; on the front pastedown. The binding cloth is quite mottled; particularly along the spine and around the board perimeters. Wear at the spine extremities, and a bit of bumping at the corner tips. Small spot of wear on the front board. The gilt lettering on the front board is bright; that on the spine is dulled, and difficult to read. Some ink offset from the signature on the front flyleaf. Small spot of foxing in the fore-edge margin of a couple of pages. Else the pages are a bit age-toned, but clean. Some smoker odor. ; 26C; 8-1/2" x 6"; 221 pages; Signed by Author.
