About the Author: Tony Sarg was famous as a master puppeteer, a cartoonist, and an author/illustrator of more than a dozen children's books during the 1920s and 1930s. He was the person responsible for developing the flying helium character balloons used in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parades. Sarg opened children's shops in New York, Nantucket, and New Hope in Buck's County, where he sold textiles, wallpapers, rugs, and furniture of his own design.Jonathan Adler has his own design and furniture stores in New York City, East Hampton, Miami, Los Angeles, and Chicago.
