16 pages with glassine interleaving to many pages. The interleaving is browned. Some spotting to pages. Some small adhesions. In a leather folder, gilt titled to the front and with the name of the Premier of Alberta, Hon William Aberhart to one corner in gilt. On the rear are the arms of Edmonton. Light rubbing to the edges of the leather. End papers are covered in silk which is now browned. The text was sewn into the binding, but is now almost detached as the thread has loosened.
