In the event you wish to return your book please contact us via email and quote your order reference number for a returns authorisation number, we can then look out for it when it arrives. Please return the book in its original packaging if possible so it does not get damaged. We recommend that you use a trackable service to return as we cannot credit for any goods not received. If you have any problem at all please contact us and we will try to sort it out for you: Happy customers make us happy too!
Shipping terms
At West Cove UK, we take pride in dispatching your orders promptly. We send out parcels the same day on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays if ordered before 11:00am. We don’t dispatch on Mondays, Fridays, or weekends, except during busy periods, but we’ll always make sure your order is on its way as soon as possible.
We use tailored shipping templates to calculate costs for different countries. While shipping costs are generally accurate, if you notice a quote that seems too high, please contact us, we’ll happily review and adjust the price if possible. However, if a price appears very high, it is usually because the item is a very large or heavy book.
We always use tracked services for both oversea and domestic delivery.
