About this Item

With 21 plates, each preceded by a leaf of explanatory text. Original linen-backed patterned boards. An exquisite copy inscribed by Oscar Lewis. Carrie Van Wie's paintings of San Francisco scenes are reproduced in full-page color from watercolor drawings, the blocks engraved by Mary Grabhorn and printed over collotype plates.
