He ruined their lives. Now he must pay. All Sasha Miller ever wanted was a place among the great scientists of her time. But when she falls for the seductive charms of Professor Theo Dexter, she loses her heart ― and the brilliant original theory that was going to jump-start her career. Sasha is left with nothing...except an unquenchable thirst for revenge. Eight years later, rich and famous Theo Dexter is the darling of the American media and every woman’s fantasy. Every woman except one. Now head of a successful business empire, Sasha’s been laying the groundwork for the payback Theo so richly deserves. But if she’s going to do it right, she can’t do it alone. She’ll need the help of the only other woman who knows the ugly truth hidden behind Theo’s handsome façade: his spurned ex-wife Theresa. Together, the pair will concoct a plan so spectacular it will bring Theo down once and for all. It is high time Theo Dexter learned: Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.

About the Author:
Tilly Bagshawe was born in London and raised in a large family in the English countryside. She enrolled at Cambridge University and later launched a successful career as a headhunter in London. At twenty-six, she became the youngest-ever partner in the number-one global search firm, before changing course to pursue a writing career. After a brief stint at the Sunday Times, she followed her novelist sister’s example and wrote her first book. Today she is a happily married mother of four and author of ten novels, including Adored, Showdown, and Sidney Sheldon’s Mistress of the Game. In addition to her bestselling novels, Tilly has contributed to numerous British newspapers and magazines including Cosmopolitan, Glamour, Elle, The Sunday Times, The Times, and The Daily Mail. She divides her time between Los Angeles, London, and Nantucket.
From Booklist:
As a naive yet brilliant Cambridge University student, Sasha Miller fell under the thrall of her magnetic physics master, Professor Theo Dexter, who seduced her and stole her groundbreaking theory. Devastated, Sasha leaves Cambridge and science behind for Harvard Business School, while Dexter trades on the stolen theory to become a famous talk-show host. Years later, Dexter and his long-suffering wife, Theresa, are in Hollywood where Dexter’s Universe has earned him, somewhat dubiously, fame, fortune, and plenty of female attention, including that of an up-and-coming starlet. Meanwhile, though Sasha is a top executive at a Manhattan real estate firm, she’s still consumed with exposing Theo’s fraud while also entangled in a rivalry with the hotshot, womanizing executive who hired her, Jackson Dupree. Bagshawe doesn’t stray from her preferred and popular formula: a strong, beautiful woman who needs love to blossom finds the flawed but ultimately reformed Lothario to provide it. --Aleksandra Walker
