Based on Cliff Roberson's The Complete Book of Business Forms and Agreements (McGraw, 1994), this disc contains over 300 legally binding business forms and agreements covering most small businessperson's needs: incorporation, personnel, partnerships, sales, leases, bid requests, joint venture agreements, etc. There is ondisc help available for those not knowing just which form or forms are needed, but after our experience, be prepared to work through quite a bit of help that's couched in jargon. While not always clear, this product is certainly a savings over the printed counterpart ($79.95). Bottom Line: Though handy as a production tool for the informed, this disc may prompt more questions than it answers. Recommended with reservations for public libraries with business departments and the well-informed home user.
