Nigel Foster is Visiting Professor at the Universitat des Saarlandes, Germany; and, in the UK, at the University of the West of England and the University of Buckingham. He has extensive experience teaching and examining EU law over 30 years and is the author of several OUP titles including the best-selling Blackstone's EU Treaties and Legislation.
