About the Author:
Currently a practicing lawyer, Dennis R. Hower is formerly a professor for the University of Minnesota. In 1983, the University presented him with the Horace T. Morse Amoco Foundation Award for outstanding contributions to undergraduate education.
Review:
This is still the best book on the market for the Business Law courses taught at my University.

The authors have selected Cases that are relevant and interesting. I appreciate the variety among the chapters and the appropriate length and depth of the cases.
