About the Author:

Patricia A. Jennings, MEd, PhD, is an internationally recognized leader in the fields of social and emotional learning and mindfulness in education with a specific emphasis on teacher stress and how it impacts the social and emotional context of the classroom and student well-being and learning. She is an Associate Professor of Education at the Curry School of Education at the University of Virginia.

Patricia C. Broderick, a research psychologist at Penn State University and a mindfulness teacher, lives near Philadelphia.

Meena Srinivasan, an SEL and mindfulness leader based in northern California, is Executive Director of Transformative Educational Leadership (TEL).

Clark McKown, associate professor of behavioral science at Rush University Medical Center and founder and president of xSEL Labs, lives in Evanston, Illinois.
