Eric Dunning is an Emeritus Professor of Sociology at the University of Leicester and Visiting Professor of Sociology at the University College Dublin and the University of Ulster at Jordanstown. Dominic Malcolm is a Lecturer in the Sociology of Sport at the University of Leicester.
