About the Author:
DR. JOEL L. ZATZ is Professor and Chair of the Department of Pharmaceutics of the College of Pharmacy at Rutgers University. In addition to previous editions of Pharmaceutical Calculations, Dr. Zatz is the author of numerous scientific articles and the editor of Skin Permeation. He is a fellow of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists and serves as a consultant to pharmaceutical companies.
