About the Author:

Ronald A. Hites, PhD, is a Distinguished Professor in the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University. Jonathan D. Raff, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University. He was the recipient of a National Science Foundation American Competitiveness in Chemistry Postdoctoral Fellowship and a United States Environmental Protection Agency STAR Graduate Fellowship.
