It is the best Detox I have ever been a part of..I learned so much about myself and cannot begin to tell you how I have healed some old wounds from the inside out! I haven't read the book, because it just came out, but I am so ordering it. Sunny is a kind and calming teacher, she knows the right words to put things into perspective for me! You will NOT be disappointed! If you wanna heal of course you will have to do the work, but I cannot think of a better teacher than Sunny. --cl

I used to believe that I had everything under control and that I was successfully fooling myself and the world that I was perfect. I have been reading books and taking seminars because deep down I knew that something was not quite right. Deep down I was not as happy as I knew I could be. This detox has opening up my eyes in a big way. I have resized just how much I have been suppressing and I am starting to understand why as well as how to move forward and grow. I feel like this detox really is like peeling away the layers of an onion. The two areas I sit with now is anger and giving away my power. I didn't realize anger can be guilt until you asked that question and there it was my ah ha moment!! My anger is very much associated with guilt, I still carry guilt around over my divorce towards my children, I thought I got rid of that years ago, but it's still here. I will write out a letter and burn it, another amazing tool from this detox!! I've been taking your classes for years and have had several private sessions with you so I really was surprised I still had this guilt anger thing over my divorce.
