From Booklist:
When inspectors Millson and Scobie begin to investigate the disappearance of Katrina Kovacs, they come upon Hawkhills, the onetime au pair's last known address. The current residents of the charming English country home are the children who Katrina once watched over, cousins and lovers Richard and Drusilla, now all grown up. The unsuspecting detectives are caught offguard by the young couple's behavior, for they flaunt not only their own sexual relationship but also their promiscuity--with just about any convenient partner. One such victim of their mutual seduction is Yvonne, whose boring husband owns a company Richard and Drusilla are anxious to take over. The wily cousins inflate the insecure ego of the plump Yvonne in an effort to get her on their side. But Richard and Drusilla get a little too confident, forgetting there are others in their midst who know about their secret past. Although slightly smutty, this harmless whodunit is lightweight enough to please fans of cozy mysteries. Mary Frances Wilkens
