Judith Watt is a writer and fashion historian, whose most recent book was on Ossie Clark for the V&A. She lives in London with her miniature dachshunds, Hettie and Ludwig. Peter Dyer is an award-winning cover designer.

The design is outstanding, the books look fabulous (thanks to co-author Peter Dyer's design genius), but there's real substance. You can just look at the photos, but there's a lot to read too . . .
