Neilson Kite has been a manager, director, marketing consultant, mentor, coach and trainer in management and communication techniques. He has published widely on business topics and recently undertook work for the UN’s International Trade Centre and the European Union.  Frances Kay is an author, researcher, coach and consultant. She has vast experience in business, law and personal finance, as well as a personal interest in retirement issues.
