About the Author:

William J. Fielder is a practicing electrical engineer with a consulting engineering firm, a registered Professional Engineer in five states in the US, and a Certified Energy Manager. He has over twenty-five years of lighting design experience, ranging in complexity from standard office buildings to elaborate medical and convention facilities. He is well known for his energy efficient and effective designs. He is a member of the North American chapter of the Illuminating Engineers Society, and an energy consultant to a major lighting retrofit company.
