From the Back Cover:
What if you could make a deal and a difference? Entrepreneur Bill Byrd can show you the habits of great leadership that get the job done well and touch lives along the way. With his experience running candy shops, ice cream parlors, chocolate factories, cooking schools, and even ministries, Byrd demonstrates principles for success that work-and even some that didn't. Working hard is important, he says, but so is working wisely, kindly, and with integrity. Following God's guidance will profit your company more than just focusing on the bottom line.
