The dustwrapper is unclipped ($14), predominantly complete and bright, with old tape verso supporting the weakening folds; small creases and nicks to edges and a small loss and hole near spine top. Overall, a clean, square copy. The author was a close associate of Sickert and an artist herself, many of whose paintings were destroyed in a house fire during the London Blitz.
