She is a NIH funded co-principal investigator examining multilevel interventions to promote quality improvement in the nursing home setting. She has extensive experience in gerontological advanced practice, nursing education and quality improvement in long-term care. She is the co-editor of the previous edition of this text, in addition to the author of numerous national presentations, publications and books. 9
