Review:
"PROGRAM EVALUATION is a book that delivers on its title. If you want to know how to conduct a program evaluation, this book gives you all the basic tools that you need to know. Royse et al. have continued a formula that has worked in its previous editions - using plain language to explain how to conduct evaluations and providing plenty of up-to-date examples that students can relate to."
"All things considered, this is a really fine text. ... it strikes an incredibly good balance with the amount of detail and information it provides students - enough to understand the concepts and apply the skills, but not so much as to overwhelm them. It is easy to read and will be easy to teach from."
