About the Author:
Carl H. Ernst is Professor of Biology at George Mason University and author of Turtles of the United States (1972).
Roger W. Barbour is Distinguished Professor Emeritus at the Morgan School of Biological Sciences, University of Kentucky. The authors bring to this volume more than 60 years of teaching and field study of snakes.
