About the Author:
Judd Allen earned his Ph.D. in community psychology from New York University. His books include Bringing Wellness Home, A Family Guide to Wellness, Wellness Leadership, and Kitchen Table Talks for Wellness. Judd is president of the Human Resources Institute, an editor of the American Journal of Health Promotion, and a member of the board of directors of the National Wellness Institute. He has held the position of senior research analyst at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and served on the faculty of Cornell University Medical College. Judd has completed the New York City Marathon more than 25 times and has competed in multiple Ironman-distance triathlons and long-distance cross-country ski races. He lives in Burlington, Vermont.
