About the Author:
Judd Allen earned his Ph.D. in community psychology from New York University. His books include Culture Change Planner, Bringing Wellness Home, A Family Guide to Wellness, Kitchen Table Talks for Wellness, and Healthy Habits, Helpful Friends. Judd is president of the Human Resources Institute, an editor of the American Journal of Health Promotion. He has held the position of senior research analyst at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, served on the board of directors of the National Wellness Institute, and served on the faculty of Cornell University Medical College. Judd has completed the New York City Marathon more than 30 times and has competed in multiple Ironman-distance triathlons and long-distance cross-country ski races. He lives in Burlington, Vermont.
