About the Author:

Lance Woodbury serves as an adviser to family owned and closely held businesses. For 15 years he worked in several consulting and leadership roles at Kennedy and Coe, LLC, a regional CPA firm, most recently leading their agriculture practice. He holds a BA from Sterling College, a MS in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University and a MBA from Purdue University. Lance and his wife Dana have three children.
