Bound in red cloth spine and rear board with crushed gold velevet front board. A black envelope with a metallic red dot seal is inset to the cover board and when opened revelas a pop-up with Carter's signature, numbered 1 of 100 copies. 10 lettered copies of this edition were also issued; the whole limitation is of 110 of this special edition. Slipcase covered in crushed gold velvet. Bright fresh copy with pop-ups and paper engineering in perfect mechanical order. Several plain card stock sheets still interleaved with the mechanical pages for protection. There are 3 small black spots of soiling to one corner of the slipcase. All else Fine .
