About the Author:
Clifford Bebell, EdD, graduated with a mathematics degree from Princeton University, as well as a master's degree in mathematics education and a doctorate specializing in curriculum development and in measurement and research from Columbia University. He taught on the faculty of several universities, including Rutgers and the University of Denver. He currently lives in Colorado.
