Specifically, Hutto, himself a CPA, attempts to reconcile the necessities of business life with Christian ethics or, indeed, with any ethics at all. His success in this endeavor is understandably mixedin conclusion, he has to concede the manifold failures of many Christian businesspeople, including himself, to live up to standards, but to him, this does not negate the necessity of trying.
