Neverland Baked Bananas

| MAKES 4 SERVINGS

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

a baking dish

a small saucepan

INGREDIENTS

4 bananas

2 tablespoons oil or melted butter

2 tablespoon honey or dark brown sugar

cream or ice cream, to serve

1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

2. Brush a little of the oil over the base of a baking dish.

3. Peel the bananas and place them in the dish.

4. Pour in the rest of the oil, then drizzle the honey over the bananas (or sprinkle with sugar).

5. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes or until the bananas are quite soft.

6. Serve with cream or ice cream.
