About the Author:
Dr Kathy Fulcher is an exercise and lifestyle consultant. She launched the Westpoint Health Club in Dublin in 1997, and was previously exercise consultant for Weight Watchers UK as well as fitness guru for GMTV. She was Laboratory Director at the National Sports Medicine Institute, St Bartholomew's Hospital and is accredited as a sports physiologist by the British Association of Sports Science and a member of the Royal Society of Medicine and British Nutrition Society. Kathy has also appeared on TV and radio programmes from Radio 5 Live to Esther, and writes regularly for magazines, including Zest, Slimmer, Health & Fitness, and Marie Claire. Patrick Fox is Managing Director of Palio Sports Performance, London. His clients include WASPS Rugby Football Club, The England Rugby Squad, Forza Fitness Equipment as well as several leading individual athletes. Previous clients have included Leeds United Football Club and London Towers Basketball Team. He has appeared on various television programmes, including the BBC2 series Fit to Play in 1996, and has contributed to numerous magazines including Elle, Cosmopolitan and Vogue.
