To help her stay motivated Tawni looked for a method, a system, any sort of approach to life to help her achieve her goals of losing weight, getting fit, and finally being a happy person. When she was truly honest with herself, Tawni understood that to achieve these goals entailed a mind, body, spirit transformation. She also realized she couldn't do it alone.

Ongoing Support

Tawni came up with a creative way to help herself and help others at the same time. She developed an online support group called ConnectingConnectors.com. Her site has since become the source of ongoing inspiration and motivation for over 20,000 people (and growing) who receive a daily "thought for the day" plus a regular health and fitness update.
