About the Author
Elsa Punset se licenció en Filosofía y Letras y es máster en Humanidades por la Universidad de Oxford, en Inglaterra. Es también máster en Periodismo por la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid y máster en Educación Secundaria por la Universidad Camilo José Cela (UCJC). Colabora habitualmente en distintos medios de comunicación, imparte conferencias y dirige el Laboratorio de Aprendizaje Social y Emocional, desde el que trabaja en la aplicación de la inteligencia emocional en los procesos de toma de decisiones y de aprendizaje de niños y adultos. Es autora de Brújula para navegantes emocionales (2008), Inocencia radical (2009), Una mochila para el universo (2012), editado en 14 países, El león jardinero (2012) y El mundo en tus manos (2014), así como de la colección de cuentos infantiles protagonizados por Los Atrevidos, «El taller de las emociones», publicada por Beascoa y dirigida a ayudar a los niños a conocer y manejar sus propias emociones, algo imprescindible para crecer feliz.
